Full and final payment must be made 40 to 120 days before the trip, depending on the season and trip type. The exact timeline will be shared with you at the time of booking.
No exceptions can be made.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before the payment deadline (40–120 days):
    No cancellation charges! Only nominal charges like bank transfer fees (if any) will apply.
  • If flight tickets are already booked:
  • Airline cancellation charges will be applicable as per the airline’s policy.
  • Cancellations made within 40–120 days of the trip: Partial or full hotel charges may apply. However, we’ll refund any unused services like transport, guide, or entry tickets.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip:
  • Sadly, no refund is possible at this stage due to prior commitments made on your behalf.

Any applicable refund will be processed directly to your source account within 7 to 10 working days.
